American Heart Month

February is American Heart Month and according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. Every year, one in four deaths are caused by heart disease. But, heart disease can often be prevented by making healthy choices and managing health conditions. To help lower your risk of heart disease, you can get active by checking out one of JMRL’s fit kits.
